Warranty
Everything we make comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, counted from the delivery date. The warranty applies to home use, to the original owner, and to purchases in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Your Shopify or bol.com order is your proof of purchase; no registration needed.
What's covered
- An adjustment mechanism that doesn't work properly
- A frame or weld that fails
- Upholstery seams or foam that come loose (upholstery: 1 year)
What's not covered
- Damage from dropping, throwing or overloading
- Incorrect assembly
- Repairs or modifications by third parties
- Normal wear such as scratches, discolouration and indentations in rubber, coating or upholstery

Something broken?
Email a couple of photos and a short video to main@livelikewolv.com. We prefer to send you the individual part so you don't have to send back the whole set.
This warranty is provided by ShopGoGo B.V., Rechteloop 23, 5421 WW Gemert, the Netherlands (KvK 94585067). It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer; those always apply.
