Do I need to assemble anything?
The Bastion Bench and the dumbbell rack both need a one-time assembly; manuals and tools included. The dumbbells are ready to use out of the box.
Should I choose 25 or 40 KG?
Both are fully adjustable, so they grow with you. Choose 25 KG for general strength training; choose 40 KG if you press or row heavy and want headroom for years of progression.
