• During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days within the Netherlands, 5-10 business days within the EU.
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days within the Netherlands, 3-7 business days within the EU.

• Orders over €99 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands and the EU.

5. Tracking & Delivery

• WOLV is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
