1. Shipping Destinations
WOLV ships to the Netherlands, EU, and selected international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at main@livelikewolv.com.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days within the Netherlands, 5-10 business days within the EU.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days within the Netherlands, 3-7 business days within the EU.
- Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Orders over €99 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands and the EU.
5. Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- WOLV is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at main@livelikewolv.com.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.
7. International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
