What weight range do I get?
Each dumbbell adjusts from 4 to 25 KG (25 KG set) or from 2 to 40 KG (40 KG set). One set replaces a full rack of fixed dumbbells.
How do I change the weight?
Set the dumbbell in its cradle, turn the handle to the weight you want and lift. A different weight in a single twist, so you move straight on to the next exercise.
Is the set sold as a pair?
Yes. You get two dumbbells, with cradles, ready to use out of the box. No assembly.
Should I choose 25 or 40 KG?
Both are fully adjustable, so they grow with you. Choose 25 KG for general strength training; choose 40 KG if you press or row heavy and want headroom for years of progression.
