Can I cut the tiles to fit my space?
Yes. The tiles cut easily with a utility knife. Measure the remaining space, add a small margin, then tamp the tile firmly into place — the snug fit locks it down.
Do the tiles stay in place?
At nearly 20 kg each, the tiles lie heavy and stable. Laid loose, they can shift slightly over time — easily nudged back into place. Want them locked down permanently? Cut them to fit wall-to-wall with a small margin and tamp them in: nothing moves.
How much floor space do I need?
Each tile is 1 × 1 m, so 6, 9 or 12 tiles cover 6, 9 or 12 m². The full setup (bench, rack and dumbbells) fits comfortably on the 6-tile configuration.
Do I need to assemble anything?
The Bastion Bench and the dumbbell rack both need a one-time assembly — manuals and tools included. The dumbbells are ready to use out of the box.
Should I choose 25 or 40 KG?
Both are fully adjustable, so they grow with you. Choose 25 KG for general strength training; choose 40 KG if you press or row heavy and want headroom for years of progression.
